When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, organisation and the message you write. If you email or phone us we keep the details you give us.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide the survey, assessment or other work you ask for. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and, where you instruct us, the performance of a contract.
Where it is kept
Enquiries sent through the website form go to our customer relationship system, Zoho CRM, held in Zoho's European data centre. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else for their own marketing.
Analytics
This website uses a Google tag to measure how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and whether an enquiry is sent.
How long we keep it
Only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and to meet our legal and insurance obligations.
